How usage is counted
Model calls
Use credits for the tokens in and out, like chat in the SUPREME AI app.
Voice
Speech uses credits by length, and only when audio is actually produced.
Tool runs
Credits are held when an action starts and charged only if it succeeds. A failed run releases the hold.
Limits
Each key has a rate limit (429 with Retry-After when reached), and paid calls stop at the project’s spend cap.
Questions
What does “free during beta” mean?
There is no Setu fee or plan to buy while Setu is in beta. Calls use the credits in your SUPREME AI account, the same credits the app uses.
What happens after beta?
We will announce pricing ahead of time, with no surprise charges.
Where do I see what I used?
In the Usage page of the Setu console, or with GET /v1/usage and a key that has the usage:read scope.
Is a failed call charged?
A failed tool run is not charged: its credit hold is released. Speech is charged only when audio is produced.
