SETU by SUPREME AI
Beta

Toolkits and actions

Run actions in Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Tasks, Sheets and more. Write actions wait for approval.

How it works

  1. 1

    Your user connects

    They connect an app such as Gmail through a connect link.

  2. 2

    You run an action

    Call /v1/executions with the action, its arguments and your user’s id.

  3. 3

    Setu checks, then runs

    Key, scope, policy, rate limit and credits are checked. Write actions wait for approval.

Apps available today

13 apps you can use now. “Read and write” apps can also make changes, each behind approval. Import any OpenAPI or MCP server for more.

Try it

Replace $SETU_API_KEY with a key from the Setu console.

Run an action

# Run an action for one of your users.
# Idempotency-Key: your own id, so a retry never runs the action twice.
curl https://setu.supremeai.services/api/setu/v1/executions \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SETU_API_KEY" \
  -H "Setu-External-User: customer_42" \
  -H "Idempotency-Key: order-1234" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{
    "action": "GMAIL_SEARCH",
    "arguments": { "query": "in:inbox" }
  }'

# Write actions (for example GMAIL_SEND_EMAIL) answer 202 with
# "approval_required": true until someone approves them.
# 428 "connect_required" means the user has not connected the app yet.

What it does

  • 13 managed toolkits you can run today: Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Tasks (read and write), Slides, Contacts, Photos, YouTube, GitHub, Jira, Notion (read).
  • Write actions for Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Tasks and Sheets, each behind approval.
  • Import an OpenAPI spec as a custom toolkit.
  • Find an email in a user’s inbox.
  • Add a row to a sheet after the user approves.
  • Create a calendar event for a booking.

Limits and status

Beta
  • Needs the tools:execute scope.
  • Every call needs an Idempotency-Key, so a retry never runs an action twice.
  • You can also import any OpenAPI spec as your own toolkit.
  • Not yet: Slack, Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar and OneDrive: actions are defined in the registry but none is in the read allow-list, so none can run yet.
  • Not yet: GitHub, Jira, Notion and Slack write actions. Not opened yet.
  • Not yet: Nepal toolkits: Sparrow SMS and eSewa/Khalti actions. Coming soon.

Status last checked 2026-10-21.

Questions

Which apps are there?

Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Tasks (read and write), and Slides, Contacts, Photos, YouTube, GitHub, Jira and Notion (read), plus any OpenAPI or MCP server you import. Slack, Outlook and OneDrive are in the catalog but not open yet.

Can an agent send email without asking?

No. Write actions answer “approval required” until someone approves them in the console or through the approvals API.
